Spring Equinox Mini Session, Sunday 21st March / 3-4.30pm / Studland, Dorset
Welcome to this beautiful Qoya taster day - a way of dipping your toe in the waters of Qoya Inspired Movement that feels do-able. Join Sonja in Studland Village Hall for 90 minutes of Qoya as the seasons continue to turn and we welcome the light as it starts to return after the depths of Winter.
Our session
3.30pm — arrivals
3pm — Qoya Inspired Movement
4.30pm — departures
Our Location
Studland Village Hall is a cherished simple community space that allows us access to the most extraordinary land. Positioned at the eastern edge of the Jurassic Coast, a stretch of Dorset shoreline so ancient and so remarkable that UNESCO named it a World Heritage Site, placing it alongside the Grand Canyon and the Great Barrier Reef.
Beneath our feet as we dance, 185 million years of Earth’s history hold us - Studland is extraordinary.
You can arrive by ferry from Poole, you can cycle, there is a bus or you can make it a road trip - Studland is an adventure, a day out, a stepping away from the everyday to do something special.
