Saturday 26th September 6-7pm
Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic tradition of stillness and rest that invites us to journey in the space between awake and asleep.
Allow yourself the time and space to be warm, comfortable and still as we move our awareness through the body to our surroundings and towards the liminal space of pure potential that is with us all.
Yoga nidra is restorative, sacred and deeply nourishing. To practice you will need a place where you can lie, sit or stand comfortably for 60 minutes. Avoid lighting candles or incense, instead bring blankets, cushions and as many layers of softness that you can tolerate.
