HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Each Individual Package comes as a series of emails over 5 days, each one containing a Wellbeing Ritual tool for you to try.

  • Day 1: one breath exercise (video)
  • Day 2: one simple meditation (audio download)
  • Day 3: one short movement sequence (video)
  • Day 4: a creative journaling prompt.
  • Day 5: A summary of all the Wellbeing Tools  to assess which tool works best for you, plus guidance on how to create a supportive external environment, nutritional suggestions, essential oil tips and a further reading list. 

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Wellbeing Rituals® are suitable from age 9 upwards and work as a complimentary support tool for everyday emotions.  The Wellbeing Tools come from Yoga and are not a replacement for medication, therapy or counselling.  Wellbeing Rituals® support your wellbeing through everyday emotions and can act as a complimentary tool to other forms of healing.  Please check with your doctor if you have any concerns about mental, emotional or physical wellbeing.
