This monthly subscription enables you to practice a ground meditation and mindful breath once a week.  If you miss our live session there is no problem because we'll send you a downloadable audio recording for you to practice in your own time.

Includes:

Mindful breath - breathing exercises that calm and soother mind, body and soul.

Meditation - simple ways to bring peace and clarity to your headspace.

Every Wednesday, 7.30-8pm GMT.
