RADIANT BREATH - PHASE ONE
6 WEEKS OF BREATHWORK FOR BEGINNERS
This 6 week course is designed to help you tune in with your breath and to re-sensitise to the impact it has on your wellbeing and emotional state. The course structure includes:
Week 1 - The Foundation. Understanding your own breath pattern.
Week 2 - Play. Introducing the impact breath practices have on your feeling state.
Week 3 - Building Blocks 1: Harmonising through alternate nostril breath.
Week 4 - Building Blocks 2: Empowerment through Vishnu Vritti
Week 5 - Building Blocks 3: Nurturing the Feminine through Shakti Chalna
Week 6 - The Closing Ceremony
In this small group of 6, we will work on reconnecting our awareness to the breath, expanding our capacity and observing the effect of conscious breath on our physical and emotional body.
Your commitment is a daily practice for up to 15 minutes, whilst keeping a diary and truthfully sharing your experiences each week within the group.

RADIANT BREATH PHASE ONE INCLUDES:
Each class will be 45 minutes in a small group of up to 6 people.
The class will take you through a journey of your breath and how it effects your emotional and physical wellbeing. Each week you will be given a daily breath practice to enjoy every morning at home. You will be invited to create a breath work journal to record your journey. This class is gentle and exploratory - a chance to get to know your own self and breath.
