Begins September 18th / Yoga for age 9+ / Pure Chill, Whitecliff / Mondays 4.30-5.30
The aim of this educational yoga course is to teach life-tools that remind us how to soothe our nervous systems when under extreme pressure or feeling stress. The content draws on my experience working with students in primary & secondary schools and college. I shall be teaching Wellbeing Rituals® that include movement from Vinyasa Yoga and Qoya, breath sequences and very short meditations with the aim of giving students the tools to take home and practice.
I encourage students to write a diary during this course, with a weekly suggested focus. This is a great tool for uncovering the thought patterns and inner dialogue that hold the key to greater contentment.
This 10 week program is perfect if you are looking for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and has proven beneficial results when coping with anxiety, insomnia and stress.
