Open to women only, this simple but potent meditation system will nourish you from the inside with all the good stuff - love, light and powerful feminine strength.

Mindful breath is a simple and direct way to soothe your nervous system, allowing your body to move from a state of 'fight or flight' to the more sustainable state of 'rest & digest'.  We need to remember how to be in this restful state if we want to optimise mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

When you combine mindful breath with the power of your imagination and intention, transformation happens.  The Magdalene Meditation is a gentle tantric practice that uses light to move around the body and harness your awareness, allowing the subtle body to thrive.  You will feel calm, empowered, energised and restored.
