QOYA / Flower Full Moon Ceremony

  • Branksome Dene Chine Community Hall Branksome Dene Chine Promenade, BH13 UK (map)
  • Wednesday 10th May / 7.30-9pm / £35 / Branksome Dene Chine

Under the light of the full moon, beside the ocean and surrounded by nature we gather to dance our truth with QOYA.

Qoya classes are based on the idea that through movement we remember.  We remember our essence is wise, wild and strong.  Wise calls on the ancient wisdom of yoga, wild calls on the creative expression in dance, and free calls on the expansion of our capacity to enjoy being in our bodies through feminine movement.

Qoya is designed to help us feel how the body and movement are a portal to remembering, to feel our perspective shifts from going through the motions to savouring life as sacred.

Qoya invites new ways of being to be expressed as a woman in her life.  Ways we can build our strength: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.  Ways we can be agile: like a child who falls down and gets right back up.  Ways we can love and honour: what is - as it is - and still dare to dream bigger dreams.

Qoya encourages you to shine confidently as a woman who knows she is wise, wild and free.

Open to women only, located at Branksome Dene Chine Hut in Poole, Dorset.  Bring a journal, something for the altar, warm clothes that you can move in and a flask of your favourite drink.
