3hrs dedicated to getting clear on how you want to FEEL in 2018 in 3 simple stages:
- Mindful breath and the Magdalene Meditation dedicated to the pelvis to clarify what needs to be released.
- Journaling to receive wisdom on how we want to feel.
- QOYA to move as medicine and complete the process.
The Workshop opens with Mindful Breath and the Magdalene Meditation to connect with the wisdom within your pelvic bowl. Together we shall invite the ovaries and womb to guide you as to what needs releasing for you to thrive - trust me, they know.
In this state of deep connection and consciousness we shall explore through writing how we want to feel through the year ahead;

QOYA is movement with meaning. It's founded on the idea that through movement we remember, as women, our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also draw reference to the movement forms we practice. Wise from the wisdom of yoga. Wild from the wildness and creative expression of dance. Free from feminine movement and the ability to feel the sensuality of our own body. There is no way you can do it wrong, and the way you know you are doing it right is that it feels good.

1-1.30pm Pages of clarity - writing to understand how we want to feel. RECEIVE.
1.30-3pm QOYA Dance Your Desire.
Open to 8 women only, this gathering is about slowing down to savour the threshold as we move from 2017 to 2018. It's an opportunity to fine tune our awareness about how we want to feel. It is an invitation to create space for that feeling to settle into your bones.
