LIVESTREAM Online Mindful Breath & Meditation with the Radiance Sutras - 7 week course.
This Breath and Meditation course draws on the tantric text The Radiance Sutras as translated by Lorin Roche PHD. Tantra is an ancient yogic system that helps us to remember our bodies are a bridge between heaven and earth. Our bodies ARE the divine.
You will learn breathing techniques to help you feel calm, energised, centred and balanced. You will practice soulful Meditations that build resilience, energy and clarity. You will be inspired by the beautiful words of the Tibetan Tantric text The Radiance Sutras as translated by Lorin Roche PHD.

How does it work?
The class will be held in person at my home and on Zoom. You will be sent a link to the Zoom room and your Login details which will enable you to join us through your screen. If you are unable to attend in person then you will receive a downloadable audio recording of the session to practice in your own time. Open to all.
