Welcome in the New Year with this Winters qoya, slow yoga, yoga nidra & sauna retreat day offering.
Sonja invites you to take this Winters day to reflect and restore with some slow and gentle Qoya movement followed by yoga nidra, lunch and the deeply therapeutic Scandinavian tradition of sauna and ice cold sea swim (optional).
Our day will look like:
10am - midday Qoya inspired movement with Sonja
midday - yoga nidra with Sonja
1-3pm - hearty warm lunch created by Gilly at Wylde Green Kitchen & time to chat
3.30pm sunset Winter sauna & swim at Knoll beach
Sun sets at 4.15pm. Once you are home and warm, our suggestion is to take the evening to write and dream and rest.
Our time together is deliberately spacious and relaxed - an open space for you to move, breathe, rest, feel and listen inwardly with immense kindness and care as we share this compassionate, sacred space to come home to our bodies.
